Balancing a bustling career with a dynamic family life, Teana embodies the spirit of a professional woman who can truly do it all. Her commitment extends beyond her business endeavors to significant community involvement. She has played influential roles as a board member for the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida and as a past president of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) South Florida chapter. Her philanthropic spirit shines through her ongoing engagement with various cancer organizations, where she is dedicated to raising awareness and support.
In recent years, Teana has passionately pivoted towards fitness, developing a deep enthusiasm for health and wellness. As she embraced this new interest, she became a Lead Instructor at Row House, specializing in strength training and rowing. Teana enjoys motivating others and helping them reach their fitness aspirations. More than a marketing expert, Teana McDonald stands out as a community leader, fitness aficionado, and a source of empowerment for professional women everywhere. Teana is thrilled to announce the launch of "We Keep U Posted" alongside her longtime friend Nicole. Together, they're set to create something extraordinary!

Nicole's motivation has been a desire to bring about significant change throughout her career, which has included creating software solutions and starting her own meal prep food business. Nicole envisions a world in which small business owners with limited resources can access, understand, and apply available technology. She contributes to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aimed at improving the human experience by making our interactions with technology more intuitive, creative, and enjoyable.
